These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the X: ARK Trading website, Discord bot, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Description

X: ARK Trading provides a software platform that enables users to participate in community-based digital events and activities through integrated systems, including Discord.

The Platform provides automation tools, participation tracking, and related services only.

X: ARK Trading does not own, control, verify, or fulfill any third-party items or services associated with platform activities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Digital Services & Virtual Credits

The Platform offers digital services and virtual credits (“Coins”).

Coins:

  • Are digital credits used within the Platform
  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable and non-redeemable
  • Exist solely within the Platform

All purchases of digital credits are final once delivered.

4. Free Participation Method (No Purchase Necessary)

No purchase is required to participate in platform activities.

Participants may receive one (1) free entry per event by submitting a valid request through the designated form below:

Free entries:

  • Are limited to one (1) per participant per event
  • Must be submitted before the applicable event closes
  • Are subject to manual review and verification
  • May be rejected if incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent

Each valid entry, whether obtained through free participation or through the use of platform credits, carries the same probability of selection.

Obtaining additional entries increases the number of entries held but does not alter the probability of any individual entry.

5. User Accounts & Platform Access

Users must maintain a valid account (including Discord integration where applicable).

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • All activity conducted under their account

The use of automated systems, bots, or manipulation to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.

6. Third-Party Participants

Certain platform activities may involve third-party users.

X: ARK Trading:

  • Does not control third-party conduct
  • Does not guarantee third-party performance
  • Is not responsible for third-party actions

7. Payments & Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers.

  • The Platform does not store payment credentials
  • The Platform does not operate as a bank, escrow, or financial institution

All payments relate solely to digital services provided by the Platform.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Revoke balances or access
  • Restrict services

in cases of:

  • Fraud
  • Abuse
  • Multiple account use
  • Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks

9. No Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Platform availability
  • Accuracy of services
  • Third-party actions
  • Outcomes of platform activities

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X: ARK Trading shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Third-party actions or failures
  • Payment processor decisions
  • Platform interruptions

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations, abuse, or compliance reasons.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
